Reprofilarea corpului haldei de steril is the fundamental requirement for achieving a long-term geotechnical stability.

The general principle applied should be to minimize the volumes and the sloping surfaces of the tailings dumps. One of the methods used is also the placement of a layer of vegetal soil, which diminishes the effects of soil erosion as well as dust formation. The material used by our company for the ecological project of the waste dumps, has sufficient capacity and thickness for plant material installation.
